No. Special sets like Hidden Fates, Shining Fates, Celebrations, Generations, Pokémon GO and others are product-only and do not have traditional booster boxes.

WotC, EX and many DP, Platinum and HGSS sealed boxes are extremely rare. Modern eras are far easier to obtain sealed.
