Ripperholics — Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Time

All in-stock orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays) are dispatched within 48 hours.

Orders received after 14:00 GMT or on weekends / public holidays are treated as if placed the next working day.
2. Delivery Service

*For higher-value orders we may, at our discretion, upgrade you to Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured up to £750) at no extra cost.
3. Territory
At present we ship only to addresses within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man). International delivery is not yet available.
4. Shipping Costs
Postage is calculated at checkout based on the weight, value and destination of your order. You will see the total before you confirm payment.
5. Tracking Information
A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your parcel has been booked with Royal Mail.
If you have not received tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact info@ripperholics.com.
6. Delivery Issues

Delayed or lost items If your parcel appears delayed, please check the tracking link first. Royal Mail will not class a Tracked 48 item as lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date. Once that window has passed we will open an investigation and, if confirmed lost, either replace your order or refund you in full.

Marked as delivered but not received Contact Royal Mail immediately, then notify us within 48 hours. We will assist with the enquiry and provide any evidence required.

Incorrect address Please check your shipping details carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If any item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email info@ripperholics.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

Clear photos of the packaging and the item(s)
We will review and offer a resolution in line with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
