1. Dispatch Time
- All in-stock orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed after 9am GMT, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
2. Delivery Services

3. Territories We Ship To
We currently ship to:
- United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man)
- Europe Zones 1, 2, and 3 (full list available at checkout)
- United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, UAE, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore
Maximum order weight: 2 kg. Orders above this limit are not currently available for online checkout.
4. Shipping Costs
- UK orders of £30 or more qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available at checkout as a paid upgrade.
- All other shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, value, and destination.
- You will always see the final delivery cost before confirming payment.
5. Tracking Information
- A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel is booked with Royal Mail.
- If you have not received tracking details within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact info@ripperholics.com.
6. Delivery Issues
- Delayed or lost items: Royal Mail classifies UK Tracked 48 items as lost after 10 working days beyond the expected delivery date (international items after 20 working days). Once confirmed lost, we will refund or replace your order.
- Marked as delivered but not received: Please contact Royal Mail promptly and notify us within 48 hours so we can assist with the enquiry.
- Incorrect address: Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot refund or replace items sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If any item arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@ripperholics.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the packaging and affected items
We will review your claim and provide a resolution in line with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
